We want you to love your floral arrangements, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all stems and vases are returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in the original shipping box with all protective wrapping to prevent damage to delicate petals or glass during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
